Abstract Background Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is an early-onset neurodevelopmental that can extend into adulthood with multiple reported neuroimaging abnormalities. The focus of this research was to assess white matter impairments in ADHD children’s fathers and without potential adult see if these differences are connected the persistence . Results occurrence rate diagnosis among children 60%. There were statistically significant between non-ADHD population, due fact mean FA left superior corona radiata right posterior lower group than group, while significantly greater terms anterior thalamic radiations, longitudinal fasciculus radiata. Conclusions We observed increased prevalence diagnosed ADHD. Fathers have a variety abnormalities reflect neurobiological basis ADHD, even sub-threshold cases.
